Former England coach Peter Moores said that the national team has been de-stabilised due to the Indian Premier League (IPL) riches.Moores, who was sacked after a fallout with then captain Kevin Pietersen after the tour of India, said that England team needs to 'settle down' if it wants to move ahead.After a disastrous tour of India, England under newly appointed Andrew Strauss suffered another setback when they lost the first Test in the West Indies at a time when some of the top English cricketers were sold for a record price in the Indian Premier League (IPL).Flintoff and Pietersen were sold for $1.55 million each to Chennai Super Kings and Bangalore Royal Challengers.Asked if the auction was a distraction for the cricketers, Moores said: "It's not my responsibility any more. But over the last 18 to 20 months cricket has changed a huge amount.""The key for every country - and England is one of those - is they've got to settle down very quickly and sort themselves out in that structure. Because the world of cricket has changed and I think it will keep changing in the next few months," Moores was quoted as saying by the Daily Telegraph, on the occasion of his first media interaction after being appointed the Lancashire coach.Asked whether the treatment meted out to him by the England cricket board has dented his confidence, Moores said: "It doesn't mean you don't reflect all the time on what happened, what you might have done differently and how you can get better. We challenge players all the time to get better, so as a coach you have to do the same thing."
