The MS Dhoni-led side would like to forget the disappointments of the
opening match when they lost to Mumbai Indians. Their batsmen were found
wanting against the pace of Lasith Malinga and the agility of some of
the Mumbai fielders. Deccan, who finished seventh in the last edition,
will be hoping to make a winning start. In the absence of regular
skipper Kumar Sangakkara, Cameron White will lead Deccan.
